I have neglected to show a video of my handsome little man, so here is one from today of him in his combi walker (which we highly suggest). Just cooing/ making random noises for mommy while i'm on the computer.
A KU onsie w/ tie & suspenders, Chevron burp rag, & elbow patched onsie. For the first one I used a ruler & drew the suspenders & tie then cut out the pattern on the fabric, glued on first with stitch glue & the sewed it on. For the burp rag I used mink fabric on one side & chevron print on the other. I use pins to hold together, ironed the sides over to create a perfect line & sewed. For the last one I bought a onsie & a pack of 2 large iron on patches & cut them to the shape I wanted & ironed on :)
Family Christmas Ornament, I bought a block of wood from Hobby Lobby. Stained the entire block with a staining pen. Put modge podge on the back of the photos & stuck onto the wood. Then I modge podged over the picture & sanded the egdes. For the finishing touches I used a hot glue gun to put some ribbon on & to make a bow.
This is the back side of the block. I used construction paper, stickers, a stamp, & sharpie.
I made a chevron blanket :) One side mink & the other chevron just like the burp rags, I followed the same steps just with larger pieces of fabric.
Fall nails :) All chocolate brown, with a sparkly gold on the ring finger.
A KU Jayhawk taggie for Matthew. Just used ribbon, & followed the same steps as the burp rags & blanket :)
Love the ornament! That's a great idea!
