Easy Recipes





Yogurt Drops

Ingredients
-Tub of yogurt
-Plastic bag
-Parchment paper
-Cookie sheet

All you have to do is put yogurt into a plastic bag, snip the bottom corner & squeeze dots onto the parchment paper (on top of the cookie sheet) & put in the freezer for an hour & then you have a little snack to snack on later.



Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients
8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened-3 ounces cream cheese, softened-1/2 tsp. salt-1 cup sugar-1 tsp. vanilla extract-1 cup all-purpose flour-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips-1 cup Oreo cookie sandwich crumbs (from about 8 Oreos)
1. Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the butter, cream cheese and salt on medium-low speed until smooth and creamy.
3. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy, 1-2 minutes. Beat in the vanilla, and then add the flour and mix on low just until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls. Drop the dough balls into a bowl of oreo cookie crumbs and roll to coat. Arrange the dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets.
5. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, until the edges just start to brown and the tops are set. Cool for a minute or two on the sheets, then transfer the cookies to wire racks and cool completely.




Taco Bake

Ingredients
-1 lb. hamburger
-1 pkg. taco seasoning
-8 oz. sour cream
-1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
-1 can tomato sauce
-1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
-1 c. shredded cheese

-Dorito chips


1. Brown hamburger and drain.
2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, tiny bit of water, and diced tomatoes. Simmer...
3. In 9x13 dish, press out crescent rolls and roll them to form crust.4. Here comes the Dairy!!! Layer hamburger mixture, sour cream and then cheese5. Crush about 3/4 of a bag of Doritos and put them on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.



Spaghetti & Meat Sauce

Ingredients
-1 lb of beef
-one chopped white onion
-4 cloves of garlic minced
-Small green bell pepper chopped
-1 (16 oz) tomato sauce
-1 (6 ounce) tomato paste
-2 tsp oregano
-2 tsp dried basil
-Salt & pepper to taste
-Pasta
-Texas toast (freezer section) cheese/garlic bread

1. Combine meat, onions, garlic, green pepper, in a saucepan
2. Cook until meat is brown & then drain grease
3. Start cooking pasta (boil water on stove & put the pasta in)
4. Stir in all tomato substances, oregano, salt & pepper, & basil
5. Put the toast in an oven for 5-7 minutes



Corn dog muffins

Ingredients
-Any kind of hot dog you like ( I used turkey hot dogs)
-Jiffy corn bread mix
-Muffin pan
-Cupcake liners

1. Mix the jiffy corn bread mix (1 package) & let stand for 3-4 minutes, follow all the directions on the cornbread.
2. Once in the bowl, cut hot dogs into little pieces & stir into the cornbread mixture
3. Pour into cupcake liners
4. Cook for the time listed on the jiffy box




Pillsbury sugar cookies

1. Just follow the directions on the box ( I had to make these, it isn't a holiday without them) They always have Easter ones, st. patty's day, Christmas, all of them :)



Caramel Apples

Ingredients
-Apples (green or red) doesn't matter
-1 package of already made caramel circles which comes with Popsicle sticks

1. Wash the apples
2. Put the caramel on top of the apple
3. Stick the Popsicle stick in
4. Heat in microwave 30 seconds



Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn

Ingredients

-1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. butter
 -9-10 marshmallows

-12 c. popcorn.

1.Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes

2. Add marshmallows

3. Microwave until melted


4.1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn.
